Our Process – From Concept to Delivery

 We begin with a conversation to understand your application, performance needs, material requirements, volume expectations, and timeline.

 We review or help develop the part design to optimize performance, durability, and manufacturability.

 Once the design is approved, we produce product samples using the specified urethane formulation. Samples are sent to you for evaluation, testing, and feedback. We work with you to make any necessary adjustments before moving into full production.

 After sample approval, custom tooling is created in-house and parts are produced using single, dual, or triple density urethane casting along with precision CNC machining when required.

 Every part goes through rigorous inspection to ensure it meets your specifications before moving to packaging.

 Parts are carefully packaged using appropriate materials. We offer flexible shipping options including UPS, FedEx, LTL freight, and full truckload. Customer pickup is also available at our facility.
